Wizz Air: 500,000 transported passengers in Romania in the first four months

Wizz Air low cost company transported approximately 500,000 passengers in the first four months of the year on routes from and towards Romania, 96% higher than compared to the same period last year.

For the first semester in 2009, the company plans to transport 690,000 passengers from and towards Romania.

Natasa Kazmer, Communication Manager of Wizz Air airlines, specified that the operator will reach its goal of transporting 1.7 mil. passengers in 2009, considering the recent company’s trend.

At present, Wizz Air operates more than 100 weekly flights in Romania, towards 13 destinations.
