Western Romania: Arsenal Park - new leisure development to open in March

The works at Arsenal Park tourist complex have been completed so it will open in March this year.
The first exclusivist resort in Romania, controlled by Marius and Emil Cristescu businessmen, will count on team-buildings and de-stressing campaigns for employees organized by local or foreign companies.
The investment in the complex reached EUR 5 mil.
The main shareholders of Bega Grup announced at the middle of last year that they started to invest in a tourist complex near Orastie, on the land of a former munitions warehouse.
At that date, Bega Grup’s president stated that the first phase will include a 150 seats complex of which some will be destined to crank tourists. There will be several rooms where tourists can be able to sleep on a canon’s carriage or in TAB machines. The complex will have 4 star services and spare time facilities, such as golf course, horseback riding or sport fields.
The second complex will include 25 exclusivist villas, developed at approximately 1 ha distance from each other. A golf course will separate the two complexes.
Total investment is estimated at EUR 20 mil.
