Unita Turism group, managed by Josef Goschy, reported a turnover EUR 10-11 mil. and EUR 1 mil. profit in 2009.
Goschy specified that what counts is that the group did not register losses last year, although the profit was decreasing.
For the current year, the business man budgeted EUR 1.2 mil. investments for upgrading the 2 star Traian Hotel in Braila, which has 105 rooms. Goschy stated that, in case he succeeds to sell one more asset of those put on sale, the money would be invested in upgrading Panoramic hotel in Olimp resort.
Goschy is one of the most important seaside hotel owners, with three units in Mamaia resort – Comandor, Amiral and Orfeu, three in Olimp resort – Amfiteatru, Belvedere, Panoramic and two in Cap Aurora resort – Onix and Safir.
