The shareholders of Tusnad hotel company in Baile Tusnad, Harghita county, approved a contract regarding the purchase of Lacul Ciucas resort, which includes several buildings, all endowments of assets and the fishery.
The contract is valued at maximum EUR 1.5 mil., VAT not included and will be applied through taking over the financial leasing contracts, concluded between Kontakt Turism and BCR Leasing IFN.
The shareholders of the hotel company also approved a development project of leisure in the area of Lacul Ciucas resort, dropping the idea of constructing a 4 star spa in the area.
Tusnad company is listed on RASDAQ market. The last market quotation was of EUR 0.018 per share. The company has a capitalization valued at EUR 1.78 mil.
The main shareholders of the company are SIF Transilvania, owning 64.91% of the shares and SIF Oltenia, with 17.3% of the shares.
