Trains towards Otopeni Airport could be suspended

The train connecting Gara de Nord and Henri Coanda Airport could be canceled as the activity is not profitable, stated the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Radu Berceanu.

The line opened two months ago. The 18 pairs of train providing the transfer of passengers from and towards Henri Coanda International Airport travel hourly, from 05.15 to 23.23.

Passengers’ transfer from stop point at the Airport to terminals is ensured by special buses.
