Traian Vuia International Airport in Timisoara will be listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange

Traian Vuia International Airport in Timisoara will be listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange, following the approval by the National Securities Commission of the first documents in the listing process on BSE of Timisoara and Constanta airports, on June 11.

The shares package to be listed on the Stock Exchange accounts for 5% of the Timisoara airport’s capital. The titles will be sold from the shares package owned by the Ministry of Transport. 

The social capital of Traian Vuia International Airport is EUR 380,950, comprising 160,080 shares, out of which the Ministry of Transport owns 80%.
