Traian Vuia Airport Timisoara: 332,899 passengers in the first five months

From January to May 2009, Traian Vuia International Airport in Timisoara registered 332,899 passengers, similar level to the same period last year, stated the airport’s representatives.

In May 2009, 81,190 passengers transited the airport in Timisoara, approximately 5% more than in the same period last year.

For the current year, the airport’s representatives estimate an increase by 7.5% of passengers’ traffic, up to 957,000 and by 2% of flights number up to 27,642.
