In Bulgaria, the development of several tourism ensembles at the seaside was suspended. The projects value reaches EUR 360 mil.
The suspended projects include 6 establishments village type, 3 apartment buildings, several hundred small buildings as well as 12 hotels.
Most of investors are form Great Britain and Germany. The main reason sustained by investors is the urgent need of money in their origin country.
On the other hand, Todor Batkov, a Bulgarian billionaire, plans to develop a small town with a capacity of 20,000 inhabitants near a beach close to Karimorie locality. The project is valued at EUR 450 mil.
