Bega Group company is developing the first 5 star hotel in Timisoara city, named Timisoara Hotel. The hotel is located in the historical center of the city. The façade has already been renovated. At present the works envisage consolidating the existing building and the interior designs, stated Marius Cristescu, the businessman from Timisoara. The place of the former parking will be taken by a building with underground parking, commercial spaces at the first floor and conference halls at superior floors and upper story. The investment will most likely be implemented next year.
