Elena Udrea, the Minister of Regional Development and Tourism, stated that Hercules company, controlled by Iosif Armas businessman, through Argirom company, which owns several hotels in Baile Herculane resort, is under enforcement process and the hotels will be auctioned in order to re-enter the tourism market.
Hercules company portfolio includes also Decebal, Diana, Afrodita, Minerva and Roman hotels, overtaken from the state in 2001.
