The 4 star hotel Poiana Lerului, Arges county, is on sale

Electric Oltenia Company put on sale through direct auction Poiana Lerului hotel, 4 star classified, located 15 km from Campulung locality. The starting auction price is of approximately EUR 5 mil., stated the company’s representatives.  

The hotel opened in summer 2008. Its capacity consist of 19 rooms, restaurant with 50 seats and terrace with 40 seats, 2 conference halls, parking, sport ground, fitness hall and other facilities.  

Tenders submission started on January, 13.
