Tarom airline company ranks first in the top of airlines from take offs punctuality point of view, 92% of the total, according to the report of the Association of European Airlines, AEA. Regarding landings, Tarom occupies the seventh position, only 85.7% of its flights reaching destinations on time. For this report, AEA took in consideration the 5,886 flights operated by Tarom between November 2008 and March 2009, when approximately 300,000 passengers were transported. 9.8 in a thousand passengers traveling with Tarom had problems with misplaced luggage which places Tarom company on the 17th position among airline operators in Europe.
