Tarom launches new flights in this summer schedule

Tarom airlines plans to launch new flights towards Amsterdam, Lyon and a Cluj-Paris flight, on this summer schedule, starting with end of March. 

For Bucharest-Amsterdam route, Tarom is negotiating with KLM’s representatives, while for Bucharest-Lyon and Cluj-Paris routes, Tarom considers code sharing with Air France. Once in force, the summer schedule will also provide increased flights frequency towards Spain and Italy.

At the end of the last week, Tarom company added a Boeing 737-800 Next Generation to its fleet. The aicraft is rented in dry lease system and it is the last one purcased of 3 aircrafts of the same type, completing the fleet for a period of at least 5 years. The new aircrafts have a capacity of 186 seats and fly on distances up to 5,420 km.
