Suceava hotel is put on sale for EUR 4 mil.

Suceava Hotel, known better by its old name Central hotel, is put on sale by Unita Holding company, at a price of EUR 4 mil. The hotel, 2 star classified has 103 rooms and one restaurant.

Only one investor showed interested in acquiring the hotel and offered EUR 2 mil., but the owner of Unita Holding, Josef Goschy declined the offer.

The hotel closed since autumn 2006 for upgrading works.
