Alin Burcea, owner of Stil hotel in the capital, 4 star classified, withdrew the unit put on sale at the beginning of 2009, after receiving several offers under the hotel’s value, estimated at EUR 3.8 mil. by the businessman. Burcea stated that offers have not exceeded EUR 2 mil.
The hotel has 30 rooms and is affiliated to Best Western chain.
Alin Burcea purchased Stil Hotel in 2007 for approximately EUR 3.5 mil.
In December 2009, the hotel registered 50% occupancy. For the current year, Burcea expects revenues to reach EUR 550,000 - 600,000, increasing by approximately 10% compared to 2009.
