Russian investors interested in Romanian tourism

Several companies from Russia showed their interest in investing in projects located in Romania, especially in spa resorts. They also want to bring Russian tourists in these resorts.

Mihai Maxim, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia in Bucharest, made this announcement on Mach 27, by the occasion of launching the Cultural Association of Friendship between Romania and Russia. Maxim is also the president of the new set up association.

Maxim stated investments are estimated at USD 3 to 5 billions per year.
