Romstrade to invest EUR 14 mil. in a hotel and an office building

Romstrade construction company will invest EUR 4 mil. to develop a hotel in Adunatii Copaceni locality and EUR 9-10 mil. for an office building in Bucharest, stated Gheorghe Racaru, development and strategy manger of the group owning the company.

Racaru stated that the decision to develop a hotel in Adunatii Copaceni was made considering the announcement of developing an airport in the locality in the future, but also because it is a transit locality.

The hotel will be completed by the end of summer, will be 4 star classified and will have 60 bed places and a restaurant. The construction works were initiated in July 2009.

The office building will open in May. The building is located in Buzesti area in the capital.

Impresionant, de ce nu de 5 stele? Va fi o oportunitate pentru locuitorii satului Adunatii Copaceni sa se minunenze si ei la poarta noua? Argumentul ca investitia hoteliera se bazeaza pe informatia ca acolo se va deschide un aeroport este exceptional...
Daca este localitate de tranzit, de ce nu un hotel curat, care pune pret pe banii clientului, de 2 stele...
Cred ca a fost un studiu de fezabilitate si un plan de afaceri bine gandit...!
