Sorin Vaduvoiu, Executive Manager of Perfect Tour travel agency, foresees that tourism industry will grow by approximately 5 to 10% compared to this year results, when the turnover increased by approximately 25%.
Tourist flow will increase by 20-25%, while the value of acquired packages will decrease.
The financial crisis is the main reason of Romanian tourists reconsidering holidays budget, stated Vaduvoiu.
In this context of the financial crisis, the manager of Perfect Tour also mentioned that the domestic tourism market will face several bankruptcies, especially of the operators renting suites, as the reduced sales will not cover their expenditures or at best, they will not register any profit.
