An Asian investment fund bought a plot of land of 442 sq m on the shore of Siutghiol lake in Mamaia seaside resort, planning to develop an eight-storied luxury boutique hotel which will be a small-sized replic of Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, announced Escif Properties, former owner of the project. The project, named Black Pearl, has a similar architecture to Burj Al Arab hotel, will have 17 apartments, lying on a built area of 1,600 sq m. One of the main reasons to make the acquisition was organizing the competition Class One Romanian Grand Prix. The race annually attracts many rich business men in Mamaia resort area.
