Elbit Imagining, owner of Radisson Blu hotel in the capital, posted revenues of USD 105 mil. last year for the hotels it operated, 4% higher compared to 2008, according to a report of the company.
The increase is the result of the Radisson Blu hotel activity in Bucharest, opened mid 2008. The other hotels owned by the company reported decreasing revenues, due to the crisis, which impacted the company’s results in the first half of the last year.
The expenditures of hotels in its portfolio registered a slightly decrease in 2009, down to USD 94 mil., the cost decrease being the result of cutting the operational expenditures.
Elbit Imaging activates in different sectors, such as development, operating and selling of commercial centres, residential projects and hotels, owning 9 hotels in Belgium, Netherlands, Great Britain and India.
