Pullman Hotel: 10% turnover increase in 2010

Pullman hotel in the capital, 4 star classified, budgeted EUR 6.5 mil. turnover for the current year, increasing by 10% compared to 2009 and EUR 1.5 mil. profit.

Bruno Vinette, General Manager of the hotel, estimates 68% occupancy in 2010, increasing by 4% compared to 2009. At the same time, Vinette specified that an increase of VAT in tourism could have a negative impact. 

Pullman hotel has 203 rooms, 10 conference halls, amphitheatre with 350 seats and space for exhibitions, World Trade Plaza, of 800 sq m.

In 2009, Pullman hotel invested EUR 500,000 in refurbishing Convention Center conference hall and EUR 400,000 in opening Barbizon restaurant with a capacity of 64 seats in middle October.

Pullman network comprises 32 hotels and plans to expand to 59 cities in 23 countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America, thus reaching over 300 hotels worldwide by 2015.
