Predeal SA will put on sale, through public outcry auction, a 2 star boarding house located in Predeal resort, with 8 rooms and the land of approximately 1,400 sq m. at the minimum price of EUR 580,000, stated Cornelia Sandru, representative of Vladet Com, manager of the pension.
The main shareholder of Predeal SA is the Ministry for SMES, Commerce, Tourism and Liberal Professions, owning 90% of the shares.
