Mohammad Murad businessman, president of Perla Majestic group of companies, controlling Phoenicia hotel in Bucharest, turned the two real estate projects located in Unirii area and Baneasa in the capital into apart hotels. The necessary investment required several millions of euro.
The 4 star hotel Phoenicia Aparthotel, located in Unirii area, opened in February. The unit includes 55 apartments on a built area of 650 sq m and a total area of 6,600 sq m. Initially, the project was a real estate project and it was destined to develop apartments to sell.
Phoenicia Apartments is another 4 star apart-hotel, opened at the beginning of the last year in Baneasa area, as an annex to Phoenicia Grand Hotel, including 45 luxury apartments.
The businessman also plans to open in April another apart-hotel, Phoenicia Residential Apartments, which initially was also a real estate project.
The apart-hotel will include 40 apartments, on a built area of 630 sq m and a total surface of 8,850 sq m, in Baneasa area.
The projects announced by the company include two 4 star classified hotels, with more than 100 rooms, located in Baneasa area and another area not mentioned yet, Phoenicia Confort and Phoenicia Expres hotels, respectively. The company’s representatives have not provided any other information related to these projects.
Perla Majestic Group is part of Spring Time Holding controlled by Mohammad Murad businessman, who also controls Triumf Construct construction company, Spring Time restaurant chain and Mandy canned food factory.
