Opera Plaza hotel in Cluj-Napoca: 5% sales increase in 2010

Opera Plaza hotel in Cluj-Napoca, 5 star classified, owned by Buzoianu brothers, foresee a 5% increase in sales for the current year, up to EUR 2.7 mil., compared to EUR 2.6 mil. last year.

Opera Plaza has 52 rooms and apartments and was completed in July 2006, following an EUR 4.5 mil. investment.

In 2009, the average occupancy of hotel was 70%.
