NewArch Investments company to develop a hotel and a golf course

NewArch Investments company started several projects this year – developing a hotel with a golf course, wine production, online seminars, a site for medicines booking and also a landscaping company, stated the group’s Manager, Radu Tudorache.

The manager specified that the projects are in the preliminary phase. For start-up projects, excepting the hotel, the annual budget will reach EUR 500,000, specified Tudorache.

The hotel will benefit of a golf course and will be developed nearby Bucharest, but the manager did not provide any information about the project’s completion date.

Tudorache family controls NewArch Investments group which includes 15 companies, in drugs distribution and retail, real estate, IT and industry sectors.
