Germanwings low-cost airline will operate three weekly flights on Bucharest - Hanover route, with stopover in Stuttgart, starting April 29. Stuttgart airport will be the stopover for travelers from Hanover towards each of the 13 destinations: Izmir, Antalya, Bucharest, Belgrad, Ankara, Ibiza, Istanbul, Krakow, Kavala, Reykjavik, Lisbon, Pristina and Warsaw.
The company forecasts 500,000 passengers for the first year, after launching the route towards Hanover and over 750,000 in 2011.
The airline operates flights towards 70 destinations in Europe, from 5 airports in Germany: Koln/Bonn, Stuttgart, Berlin Schonefeld, Hamburg and Dortmund.
