On November 10, 117.49 mil. shares were sold on Bucharest Stock Exchange, accounting for 14% of the capital of InterContinental Romania Hotel Company (CHIR), owner of the 5 star hotel, InterContinental in Bucharest. The value of shares reaches EUR 3.08 mil.
More, on November 11, 1.56% of the capital of CHIR was transferred for a total amount of EUR 341.019.
Thomas Moser, President of the Board of Administration InterContinental hotel officially owns 49% of InterContinental Hotel, according to the annual report of InterContinental Romania Hotel Company (CHIR).
According to the report, Paunescu family is no longer a shareholder of the hotel, after selling 12.4% of the shares last year.
