The Ministry of Tourism has initiated the procedure to put on sell on the Stock Exchange the shares owned by seven hotel companies and nominated the lawyer company Bostina and Associates as consultant in the process. The seven companies are: Athenee Palace Bucharest, Lido Bucharest, Predeal SA, Robinson Predeal, Litoral Constanta, Mamaia Constanta and Neptun - Olimp SA.
The Ministry of Resort, Ovidiu Silaghi, stated that selling the shares on the Stock Exchange would start within the end of the year, following the two weeks selection of the real estate financial investment company.
