Luxury spa in Bucharest

On April 3, Om Shanti Spa & Wellness company opened the first phase of a luxury spa center in French Village area in the capital, following an investment of EUR 200,000 which will be returned within 3 years.

The second phase of Om Shanti Spa & Wellness could be ready until the end of this year, attracting a new investment of EUR 100,000.

At present, the spa lies on an area of 300 sq m, but the total area will be of 380 sq m after completing phase two. Moreover, the second phase will include the increase of the number of therapies and equipment, stated Mihai Carasava, managing partner of Om Shanti.

Carasava foresees the center Om Shanti Spa & Wellness will register a turnover of EUR 300,000 in the first year of operating.

Om Shanti targets average to high-income persons with a minimum education regarding their personal health and the need to relax, stated Mihai Carasava.
