Lido to sell shares owned at Casa Capsa, Majestic Tourism and Union International Center

The shareholders of Lido hotel company approved selling the minority packages owned at Casa Capsa, Majestic Tourism and Union International Center, for a minimum total price of EUR 2.2 mil.

Therefore, Lido company will sell 4.0916% of the capital of Casa Capsa company at a minimum price of EUR 442,850 and 2.0059% of Majestic shares at a minimum price exceeding EUR 214,285.

Lido also owns 8.25% of the shares of the Union International Center, for which it set a minimum price of EUR 1.55 mil.

The company also owns 11.9% of InterContinental hotel company shares, managing the same named hotel in Bucharest and 6% of the shares of Complex Hotelier Modern, controlled by Dan Adamescu businessman. 

The Ministry of Tourism owns 42.87% of Lido shares, according to the most recent data, Union International Center controls 10.63% of the shares, while Dan Adamescu business man owns 6.62% of the shares, through Nova Trade company.
