La Strada hotel, 4 star classified, which opened last year in Iasi city, is put on sale for EUR 1.5 mil. The main reason is the decrease in demand and occupancy, as a result of the crisis, specified unit's General Manager, Ionut Amuntencei.
In the first year of operating, the unit reported occupancy of only 30-40%, although it dropped rates in its attempt to attract more guests.
La Strada hotel has 11 rooms and three halls with a total capacity of 150 seats.
