Add comment

JW Marriott Grand Hotel in Bucharest reported EUR 30 mil. turnover in 2009, by 20% lower compared to 2008, according to the hotel’s officials and data of Ziarul Financiar newspaper.

For the current year, the unit expects a slightly increase of turnover compared to last year, counting on room occupancy during season months as the hotel will not increase the average room rate while the demand maintains low, stated Meda Vasiliu, Marketing and Sales Manager of the hotel.

In the first two months of the year, JW Marriott reported a higher average occupancy by 7% compared to the same period last year.
