Add comment

In the first three months of the year, JW Marriott Bucharest, 5 star classified, posted a 4% increase in occupancy, compared to the same period last year, stated Meda Vasiliu, Sales Manager of the hotel. The increase is the result of a recovery on individual business segment.

In the first quarter of 2010, JW Marriott applied tariffs lower than those of the similar period last year.

At the beginning of the year, JW Marriott invested approximately EUR 1.25 mil. to renovate and modernize the hotel first floor. The investment will be returned within 4-5 years.

The investments in modernizing the hotel will continue starting middle June with the renovation of Cupola restaurant which will turn into a steak house, a total new concept, the project being estimated at EUR 1 mil.
