Josef Goschy: the value of hotels in Romania declined 10% this year

Josef Goschy, owner of Unita Turism hotel chain, stated that the market value of hotels in Romania declined 10% this year, due to the crisis, after the 30% decrease reported last year.

The businessman stated that the decline is the result of the lack of tourists.

Unita Turism owns 25 hotels, cumulating 3,500 rooms and 7,000 seats in restaurants.
