InterContinental Bucharest: 57,643 tourists in 2008

In 2008, the number of accommodated tourists at InterContinental Hotel Bucharest was 57,643 dropping 18% compared to 2007, according to a report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. In 2007, 70,765 tourists were accommodated in the hotel.

The number of Romanian tourists registered last year was 47% higher than in 2007, up to 587. The rest of tourists were foreigners.

Last year, the occupancy rate of InterContinental Bucharest hotel decreased by approximately 10% compared to 2007, down to 50.6%.
