Impact real estate developer plans to develop a 4 star hotel with 180 rooms in Pipera area. The company announced that negotiations are currently underway with three investors in the sector, in order to conclude a partnership to carry out the investment, estimated at EUR 16 mil.
Moreover, the company’s representatives announced signing a pre-contract with an international hotel chain to operate the accommodation unit, but have not specified the chain’s name.
This year, Impact will start the construction of three residential projects in Greenfield district in Northern area of the capital. The investment for the initial phases of the projects reaches approximately EUR 9 mil.
In the first three months of the year, Impact Developer & Contractor reported a net profit of EUR 52,480, decreasing six times compared to the result of the same period in 2009, due to the decreasing trend of construction sector.
