Hello Hotel, located in Gara de Nord area in the capital is the first unit on the 2 star segment within Continental chain. For the first year of operating, the foreseen turnover reaches EUR 2 mil.
Hello Hotel has a capacity of 150 rooms. The necessary investment was of approximately EUR 5 mil.
Continental chain plans to develop a network of 10 hotels on the 2 star segment until 2011.
To expand the 2 star brand, the chain envisages cities with more than 80,000 inhabitants, such as Arad, Cluj, Iasi, Bucharest and others. Also, Radu Enache considers the possibility of partnerships with landowners interested in collaborating.
Continental chain is controlled by Radu Enache businessman and owns a portfolio with 15 hotels. For this year, the chain estimates a turnover of approximately EUR 31-32 mil.
