Grand Sea Plaza: a new 4 star hotel in Mamaia resort

Spectrum 2001 company in Bucharest will invest EUR 18 mil. to develop a 4 star hotel located in Mamaia seaside resort.

Grand Sea Plaza hotel with 202 rooms, built on six floors, will open in summer 2011 and will be affiliated to Ramada hotel chain.

The unit will lie on an area over 15,000 sq m and will be located between Palm Beach and Mamaia hotels.
