Grand Hotel: the second 5 star hotel in Cluj

Grand Hotel Italia company, developer of the 5 star hotel Grand Hotel in Cluj city, Romania, announced the project will be completed in due time, in April 2010. 

The hotel will need an investment of at least EUR 40 mil., will be developed on an area of 30,000 sq m and will have 167 rooms, 2 restaurants with 600 seats, a conference hall with 1,000 seats and other 4 with a lower capacity, a health center of 400 sq m, including fitness hall, swimming pool and aerobic hall.  Moreover, the Italian investors included in the project the development of a bowling hall, a game hall and a nightclub with 500 seats. 

Grand Hotel Italia company owns 8 hotels located on Adriatica Sea shore, but there is only one 5 star hotel in the chain. The other units are 3 and 4 star classified.
