Golden Tulip Mamaia is modernizing

Golden Tulip Mamaia hotel, the former Fantasy Beach, will be modernized following EUR 2 mil. investment envisaging to rehabilitate the public spaces and heating systems, as well as opening a conference centre with 500 seats capacity, according to Paul Marasoiu, Regional Manager for Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova Republic of Golden Tulip Hotels, Inns &Resorts.

At present, Golden Tulip Mamaia has 305 rooms, restaurant, terrace, bar, pool and a reunion hall.

In March 2008, Reconstruction Capital II Limited took over 63% of the hotel’s shares for EUR 8 mil.

Golden Tulip chain has eight affiliated hotels in Romania, four in Bucharest, two in Cluj Napoca, one in Sibiu and one in Mamaia.
