Girus tourism complex located in Murighiol, Danube Delta, put on sale for EUR 300,000

Girus tourism complex in Murighiol locality, Tulcea county, was put on sale for EUR 300,000 plus VAT, stated the owner of the complex, Gheorghe Rusu.

The complex lies on an area of 1,500 sq m and comprises several holiday homes with a total capacity of 24 bed places, a restaurant of 140 seats and conference hall. Girus opened in December 2006.

The owner of the complex does not exclude the alternative of attracting an investor as main shareholder.
