Europa hotel located in Eforie Nord seaside resort, 4 star classified, is currently worth EUR 20 mil., compared to EUR 40 mil. before the financial crisis, according to George Copos businessman, the unit’s owner.
In the first semester of this year, Europa Hotel reported EUR 420,000 revenues, declining by 10%, compared to the similar period last year.
Copos also stated that he doesn’t plan to sell any hotel he owns, at least not in the present crisis period, when the value of all assets dropped by 50%.
At present, George Copos owns seven hotels located in Bucharest, at the seaside and in the mountain area.
