EUR 7.4 mil. investment in the ski area of Izvoarele-Boriste, Maramures

The County Council of Maramures has assigned an EUR 7.4 mil. contract, VAT not included, to Dunarea SA company, Bucharest, in order to set up the ski area in Izvoarele-Boriste.

The contract has been awarded through a public tender with 3 participants.

The works foreseen by the contract include the construction of a railway and cable transportation systems, according to an announcement published on the Public Purchase Electronic System, SEAP.

Dunarea SA company had a EUR 17.44 turnover in 2008, 46% higher than in the previous year and a gross profit of EUR 1.54, decreasing by 17%.
