Axion Leisure Development Dutch investment company plans to develop a project in Snagov area until 2012, which will include spaces to perform permanent activities such as skiing, snowboarding, skating and also nautical sports, golf course, tennis, supermarket and hotel. The investment is valued at EUR 500 mil.
The company plans to attract financing from institutional investors, private companies, banks and structural funds from the European Community. George Barbulescu engineer, who lives in Holland for 20 years, could sign a partnership in September with the owner of a 55 ha land located in Snagov locality. The engineer plans to get at least EUR 250 mil. from different sources until March next year, to be able to start the construction works at the beginning of 2011.
