EUR 5 mil. to promote Romanian tourism in 2010

The budget in 2010 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, MDRT, which obtained the approvals of the commissions in Parliament, includes EUR 5 mil. for attending international fairs and exhibitions within the tourism promotion campaign.

Elena Udrea, the Minister of MDRT, stated the ministry considers starting the construction works of two new ski resorts located in Bihor county and Parang mountains area and also envisages to develop a golf course in the northern area of the capital, located in Snagov, financially supported by the ministry budget.
