EUR 5 mil. investment in upgrading Roman Hotel in Baile Herculane resort

Petrica Toma, new owner of Roman hotel in Baile Herculane, stated that the unit will be rehabilitated and will become a 4 star unit following EUR 5 mil. investment within 3 years.

Petrica Toma, General Manager and owner of Casito Aerotransport, added that the upgrading will be gradual and he hopes construction works will start this fall.

For the beginning, the hotel closed starting July 5th for hygiene and makeover so that will partially re-open on August 1st.

Toma stated that a cable car will also be developed in Baile Herculare on the roof of Roman hotel.

Roman hotel, previously owned by Iosif Armas, was sold it to Casito Aerotransport SRL in from Hunedoara for EUR 2.02 mil., following the auction on June 4.
