EUR 5 mil. for personnel training in HoReCa sector

On February 5, CNS Cartel Alfa officially launched the project titled “HoReCa 5tellae” for the Bucharest-Ilfov euro-region, estimated at EUR 5 mil.

The project will be implemented on a period of 3 years, being financed through European funds, within the Sectorial Operational Program, Human Resources Development. 

The National Syndicate Union Cartel Alfa, NH Hotels, Creating Human Resources and Training Center, Management and Consulting, partners within the project, envisage finding solutions for the HoReCa sector problems in Romania, considering that the sustainable and qualitative development of tourism depends not only on the attractive landscape and tourist facilities, but also on services competitiveness. 

The project will promote training sessions for managers and employees working in tourism and hotel sectors.
