The Payment Agency for Rural Development and Fishing, APDRP, will contract 269 selected projects, financed by the National Program for Rural Development, PNDR, within Measure 313 – Supporting tourism activities. The value of non-reimbursable funds reaches EUR 47.7 mil. for developing tourism activities in rural areas.
The non-reimbursable financing within Measure 313 could reach up to 70% of the total eligible value of investment, up to EUR 200,000.
The total amount for financing the submitted projects between October 12 and November 6, 2009 reached EUR 68 mil. while for Measure 313, 329 projects have been submitted, cumulating a total eligible value of EUR 107.15 mil.
The eligible beneficiaries supported through Measure 313 are: small enterprises, individuals not registered as economic operators, who will become at least authorized persons until the contract is signed and will operate as small enterprises, localities through their legal representatives and the Associations for Inter-Community Development between localities and non-governmental organizations, only if the projects are non-profit and of public interest.
