EUR 4 mil. investment in upgrading Crowne Plaza and Athenee Palace Hilton hotels

George Copos business man will start the modernizing works of Athenee Palace Hilton 5 star hotel’s floor in the capital within one month time. The modernizing process will be completed within four months. The hotel will remain open during the renovation period, while tourist access will be restricted in the area where modernizing works are undergoing.

At the same time, modernizing works will start at Crowne Plaza hotel in the capital. The total budget for the two hotels is EUR 4 mil.

This year, Copos will invest EUR 12 mil. in modernizing several hotel units, out of which a third is destined to 5 star hotels in Bucharest. The rest of the amount will be invested in mountain hotels.
