The value of projects submitted for expanding and upgrading works at Transilvania Airport Targu Mures, reaches approximately EUR 300 mil., stated Stefan Runcan, the airport’s Manager. The project will start next year and further amounts will add to the budget money.
Runcan stated that only the multimodal platform is estimated at EUR 240 mil., as it is highly necessary to connect the highway - railway transport facilities.
Also, the infrastructure and the runway works are estimated at EUR 54 mil.
